Shipping Information

Within Kuwait:

- Delivery fee: Fixed at 2 KWD.

- All orders are shipped within 24 hours from order confirmation.

- Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

- International shipping is available to all GCC countries.

- Orders are processed and handed over to the shipping company within 24 hours

-Delivery takes up to 3 business days after shipping.

-The customer is responsible for all international shipping costs, customs duties, and applicable taxes.

- All charges will be clearly displayed before checkout.

If the error is from the website (wrong item, defective product, or item not as described):

- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours.

-The website bears all shipping costs.

If the customer wishes to return or exchange a non-defective product:

- Customers are responsible for the delivery fee.

-The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is defective.
