Return & Exchange Policy

If the error is from our side (wrong item, defective product, or item not as described):

- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

-The website will bear all shipping costs related to the return or exchange.

If the customer wishes to return or exchange a non-defective product:

 -The customer is responsible for the delivery fee.

- The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

- Upon approval, a pickup will be scheduled.
